Returns Policy
We will replace or refund you for any bottle of wine that is damaged, flawed or that the customer finds unsatisfactory. We ask the customer return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked, or flawed. Please send an email to Sarah@kruppbrothers.com to arrange the return.
Once the wine is received we will refund your credit card account for the cost of the wine less shipping and handling. If the original shipment was damaged or flawed you will receive a full refund including shipping and handling charges. Please contact Sarah at 415-515-3782 for return instructions.
A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all canceled orders.
Wine Club Cancellation Policy:
The wine club membership can be cancelled at any time following your first three club shipment by notifying Krupp Brothers at Sarah@kruppbrothers.com or 415-515-3782. Krupp Brothers may cancel membership, change the terms of the Wine Club or discontinue the Club at its discretion.
Returned Shipments Policy
Carriers typically make three delivery attempts. If a wine shipment is returned due to the recipient being unavailable during all attempts, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred to resend the package.
