States Authorized for Direct Shipment
Krupp Brothers accepts online orders and club orders for states we are currently licensed to ship too. Due to the ever-changing nature of wine shipping laws, the list of approved states is subject to change at any time. If Krupp Brothers cannot ship to your state, you may provide an alternate shipping address to an approved state. Please note, when shipping to an alternate address, wine prices, discounts, shipping costs, and sales taxes shall be applied per the ship-to state’s regulations.
Shipping costs are standard ground shipping rates based on the current market rates. Customer has the option to select 2day air or overnight. Cut-off time for 2day and overnight selections is 8:00am Pacific Time. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
Wine is a Delicate Commodity
Wine is a perishable commodity. Wine does not like extremes of temperature: hot humid summer and cold winter weather may adversely affect the condition of your wine during shipment. Krupp Brothers is not responsible for, and will not replace wine that is damaged by extreme weather conditions during shipment. When your wine order is picked up by the common carrier for delivery, responsibility for the wine becomes the responsibility of the purchaser. During the hot summer months, customer may select to ship with a cool pack. The cool packs do not last more than 48 hours. Use of the cool packs does not guarantee the wine will not be damaged by heat and Krupp Brothers is not responsible for wine shipped with the cool packs.
WARNING: Drinking distilled spirits, beer, coolers, wine and other alcoholic beverages may increase cancer risk, and, during pregnancy, can cause birth defects. For more information go to www.P65Warnings.ca.gov/alcohol.
