2019 Krupp Brothers Merlot

Delicate aromas of rose, raspberry jam, cinnamon and mint greet the nose. The 2019 Merlot is medium-bodied with a bright entrance that boasts a tantalizing touch of black pepper and a burst of raspberry, complemented by star anise. Warm rich flavors of cocoa and cinnamon carry through the finish. Pair with braised pork belly with soy sauce and star anise glaze, 18-month-aged Dutch Gouda cheese, or butternut squash soup with crème fraiche and smoked paprika. Drink now through 2030. If drinking upon release, we recommend decanting.
