Vibrant ruby in color with black tints. Pure aromas of blackberry, blueberry, licorice, and white pepper. Concentrated and intense smoked bacon and graphite nuances add complexity to the wild dark berry and violet flavors

Fermentation:	5 days cold soak, total of 19 days on skins in an open top fermenter
