M5 is the name of the vineyard block from which all of the Cabernet Sauvignon in this wine is sourced. Beautiful deep purple hues and complex aromas of black fruits, toasted oak, currant, cocoa, vanilla and tobacco leaf. Full-bodied entry which leads to beautifully structured and layered mid-palate tannins. Flavor profile consists of blackberry, plum and allspice with hints of roasted coffee bean and earthy mineral notes. Drink now through 2024.
Complex aromas of dusty, black fruits including blackberry and dark plum that are layered with sweet coriander spice. It is generous to the palate with full tannins that build the mid-structure remain clean and polished to reveal bold, ripe flavors. Drink now through 2020.
Deep garnet in color with inky black tints. Lovely aromas of violets, lavender, brambleberry, cocoa powder, licorice and spiced meats. Intense flavors of olallieberry and blackberry with lingering hints of chocolate and red raspberry. The wine coats the entire palate with long lived, complex and lively tannins.
